We offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all orders.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order. You don't need to send anything back: you keep the product.
Our team may also offer you a partial refund as an alternative, but a full refund is always available on request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund right away. No return required.

Order Cancellation
Cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After 12 hours, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled. You can still request a refund after delivery.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact support@areliaa.com.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Requests made after the 90-day window
  • Original shipping fees
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Exchanges
If you'd like a different Areliaa product, contact our support team. Exchanges are usually processed as a refund followed by a new order.

International Orders
The same 90-day policy applies to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Processing times may be longer due to transit
